AC Engineering recently completed a full crusher swap for a customer in Sheffield, involving the refurbishment, delivery, and installation of a Kue Ken 75s unit. The project showcased our end-to-end capability – from in-house restoration to onsite engineering support.
Refurbished in Our Workshop for Reliable Performance
The Kue Ken 75s crusher was fully stripped down and rebuilt within our own workshop. All internal components were inspected and replaced as needed, restoring the crusher to full working condition and ensuring long-term operational reliability.
Delivered and Installed by Our Experienced Team
Once rebuilt, the crusher was delivered directly to the customer’s site in Sheffield. Our engineering team then handled the full installation, carrying out all necessary positioning, securing and integration into the existing processing system.
Old Crusher Returned for Refurbishment
As part of the swap, the original crusher was removed from site and returned to our facility for a complete refurbishment – extending its service life and offering the customer a backup unit or future reuse option.
