Our Derby-based workshop features a state-of-the-art CNC plasma table with a 4200mm x 2200mm bed, capable of piercing through plate up to 40mm thick. This allows us to carry out heavy-duty fabrication and profiling to exact tolerances. We also operate a high-capacity guillotine for shearing 15mm plates and a powerful 200-tonne press brake that folds metal up to 15mm with total accuracy.

AC Engineering’s 100-tonne multi-worker machine delivers flexibility and power in one unit—punching holes in 30mm plates, cutting 50mm bar, and cropping angle iron. For hardened steels and specialised drilling needs, our radial arm drill makes light work of complex materials, helping us meet a wide range of fabrication requirements on site or in-house.
Welding, Painting, and Shot-Blasting Under One Roof
Alongside heavy equipment, we maintain five fully calibrated MIG/MAG welders and a handheld plasma cutter for detailed profiling work. Our in-house shot-blasting and industrial painting capabilities complete the picture, giving clients access to end-to-end fabrication services in one location.
