At our fully equipped Derby workshop, we manufacture steel components using advanced tools and machinery. This includes a CNC plasma table with a 4200mm x 2200mm bed capable of piercing up to 40mm plate, a guillotine to shear 15mm steel, and a 200-tonne press brake for folding structural elements up to 15mm thick. Our 100-tonne multi-worker and radial arm drill allow for detailed punching, cropping, and drilling, enabling us to meet the most demanding industrial specifications.
